No. Staff doesn’t speaks English. I was standing in the heavy rain for 20 mins, and staff lady wasn’t eager to tell how to get inside of the hotel, since there are few entrances. Her answer was strict and rude - “all you need to know was told in the booking letter”. Also there were no towels
