Hotel with a beautiful view, in a calm area, comfortable and very friendly staff.

The breakfast was very good, tasty and good choices to choose from. Also the restaurant offers good selection of food for dinner. The rooms are comfortable, warm enough.

We liked, we loved everything. From the moment of arriving to the reception desk and the young lady with the warm and friendly personality. So helpful with our arrival and amazing as our waitress in their restaurant in the evening. Excellent accommodations, the feeling of very classy throughout the hotel and restaurant. Great meals and drinks during dining and a wonderful breakfast buffet.

Everything + great breakfast + good restaurant

We stayed at Hotel Zawrat Ski Resort & Spa and overall had a very good experience, especially for a ski holiday. The location is a major advantage. The hotel is easy to reach by car and is less than 100 meters from the ski lift and chairlift — you can practically walk out of the ski room in your boots and reach the lift immediately. The area is quiet, with a pleasant view. It feels more like a rural area without a clear “downtown”; nightlife was not something we were looking for, but it also didn’t stand out as being present nearby. The rooms are clean and well maintained on a daily basis. Budget rooms are on the smaller side but functional; for more comfort, it’s worth considering a higher category. The spa area meets expectations — the SPA looks like in the photos and is well maintained. A nice advantage is that during the day the pool is not crowded, which is great for non-skiers. Breakfast is a strong point: varied and good quality. For lunch and dinner, although the food is good, you might want more variety — there are restaurants within less than 1 km, so alternatives are easy to find. The hotel is family-friendly, with a dedicated space for children. The staff is fine, and communication in English was not an issue. In short: • excellent access to the slopes (very close to the lift) • varied and good breakfast • clean rooms • family-friendly • pool is not crowded during the day

I highly recommend this place! The receptionist was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. She made our experience truly enjoyable.

Great variety of products for breakfast (it’s tasty), bathroom is new and shower has warm water quickly. Beautiful surroundings all around, for a walk/biking around and driving to Tatra. Host and her son tries to speak in English, although this part is hard, but they are very attentive and kind, good hearted, caring people. As always in this region, the house and room itself has lot of handmade carved wooden parts, special and feels like home. Breathtaking views all around
