He makes our stay and experience very exceptional . We forget some personal items in the hotel when we checked out. He found it and makes a lot of effort from his side to insure that we get it back. We got it within a week.

I received room 21, on the 1st floor. No one came in those 6 days, for cleaning. Upon arrival, we received only 2 large towels, 2 small shampoos and 2 small shower gels, without bath soap. There is no need for air conditioning in the room, even if it is summer. The food was good and plentiful. Both for breakfast and dinner, there was a set menu, there was no Swedish buffet. Free parking is available.

great views from balcony, rooms were clean and very cozy. great location between morskie oko and zakopane centre. in the room is a mini fridge and there is a shared kitchen with all that you need.

Location was good and easy to find. Not far away from the city's centre. Lot of space for car parking. good looking apartments with all you need inside them. Great communication.
