The lady at the reception desk was very friendly. She even kindly agreed to wake me up in the middle of the night to make sure I didn’t miss my early flight. The hotel itself, as well as the room I stayed in, was very neat and clean. All facilities, including the hairdryer in the room and all kitchen appliances in the public kitchen area, were available. The location of the hotel is excellent – it takes just a short taxi ride to reach the departures hall. Long story short, the hotel has more than everything one might need for a short stay before flying from Balice.

It is very elegant looking inside. The emloyee at front desk was friendly and answered our questions. They stored my bag for the afternoon until the evening on the day I checked out. The bed was very comfortable. i got a good night’s rest.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. It was spacious and looked almost new. There was even a coffee machine and some capsules. AC was working very well. WiFi was fast and there was additional TV service. Host was easy to communicate. Instructions regarding getting into apartment were clear.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they offered us a complimentary drink and croissants when we checked in. There was also complimentary mineral water/tea/coffee in the room. The rooms are nice, nicely decorated, and have very nice air conditioning which can be controlled by each room individually. The location is good, within walking distance of old town, and close to some tram stops. The hotel breakfast was also good, and there is a nice patio location to sit outside as well. The cleaning staff were also all very friendly.

The hotel location is just 20 min from the airport. If you're not in a need to visit Krakow city centre then this location might be just for you. I'm sure there are a few things to see around. For us it was a hotel for staying before and after Visiting Energylandia Theme Park. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The best was the food! Spectacular breakfast with high quality local products and fresh bread. We also had a pleasure to have a dinner in the hotel's restaurant. Amazing food served by a very professional staff. All that at an affordable price. Overall rating... A+++++
