Place was lovely, very modern clean rooms, everyday cleaning service, air conditioner. We’ve been welcomed with sparkling wine and left with goodbye gift. If you have a birthday, you may count on a sweet surprise. There was a mini bar, kitchen with microwave and electric plate and small fridge, also espresso maker with excellent quality of coffee, kitchen utensils allowed for some cooking. The view showed surrounding hotel and ocean in the distance. I really enjoyed the 2 min. walk to the rooftop restaurant for breakfast because the view is amazing from there. The breakfast offered wide variety of products and meals, with porridge and some things for sandwich ( cheese, ham or marmalade/nuttella, home-made yogurt). There were also couple of positions a la carte and lots of sweet options. Coffee was also of great quality. I can’t comment on most of the meals because I am vegan and none of the meals a la carte was vegan, also it was possible to eat a sandwich only with marmalade or tomato/pepper for me the rest was just cheese and ham. I saw many people including my partner enjoyed that a lot, but if you are following vegan diet it may be cheaper to skip the breakfast option and buy yourself pack of oats and fruits because coffee is in the room anyway. However, the restaurant view was outstanding and I quite enjoyed that restaurant anyway. They always had a plant based milk so at least a porridge and fresh maracuja. The roof jacuzzi looked autor louring but I didn’t used it, bathing robes are included though as well as a daily ticket to natural swimming pools. We preferred a bit more the cachalote pools that were nearby so didn’t use the it but is is a very nice option closer to the hotel. The hotel also offers spa and massage if someone wish, as well as a little cowork area if you work remotely. WiFi was also excellent. In general, it was excellent and I would totally recommend to everyone to stay there.

Everything was fantastic! Easy check in, comfy beds, gorgeous view. The host went above and beyond with providing us with things - laundry detergent, apples and bananas, bottle of wine, salt, pepper, olive oil etc. Excellent!!

Excellent property. Unbeatable views from the balcony. Equipped with everything needed for a great stay. Host was very communicative, easy to reach, sent detailed information. Was very responsive when we needed sheets for the sofa bed. Included parking spot was much appreciated in a very busy town during high season!

Absolutely amazing place. We took a room with a balcony facing the seaview and it was 100% worth its' price. It is the best place I've ever been to. People working in the hotel are very helpful and nice. We also received a lot of nice gifts: a bottle of wine, sweets and snacks in our room - all included. The breakfast is quite nice and there are plenty of sweet treats in it. We loved every bit of this place and definitely plan to come back

    The hotel has a lot of facilities - pools, spa, restaurant, rooftop bar, natural pools free access and free parking. The room was large, clean and comfortable, with a nice view to the ocean. They are very guest oriented: small gifts, personalized welcome and the stuff was very friendly.

    Ponte House was way above our expectations. This clean, spacious, light filled house has fantastic views down to the sea front. It is well equipped and comfortable. Our welcome pack of fresh fruit, cake, biscuits and wine was perfect. It’s a short walk into town and the seafront and a slightly longer walk back up the steep hill! There’s free parking just a minutes walk from the house. We would thoroughly recommend Ponte House to anyone who doesn’t mind walking up and down steep hills.

    Accommodation with an interesting atmosphere in a quiet location with good access to car parking. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to use the outdoor spaces, which were in a very nice garden. The common areas offered everything needed to prepare food and the breakfast was also nice.

    Loved the views. Large open space. Secure parking in side the gate but this is very steep so we parked outside the apartment and it felt safe. The extra beach towels were a nice touch. Lovely host and my clothes must have flown down the balcony into the owners garden and they were quick to retrieve these for me so be careful for windy nights. Complimentary biscuits and basic cooking spices, salt and pepper provided. Would highly Recommend

    Fantastic new hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and pillows, plus a Nespresso coffee machine ☕. No air conditioning needed; we slept comfortably with the balcony open 🌬️. Received a complimentary bottle of local sparkling blue beverage as a welcome gift 🍾. Breakfast on the terrace was delightful 🍳, and the omelet chef was very polite and made an amazing omelet. Also in hotel hot sauna and steam room 👍 near indoor pool. Close to natural ocean baths and a Spar grocery store 🌊. Free parking available 🚗.

    The apartment is very spacious and modern. We enjoyed the very central location, next to the natural pools of Porto Moniz. The terrace gives an amazing view on the ocean during breakfast or dinner. We appreciated having access to a private underground parking since we had with a rental car.

    The hotel is close to both natural swimming pools. The breakfast was excellent and the offer was wide. There was peace. The hotel parking lot is a great advantage because at the time of arrival the public parking lots in the area were crowded. The staff was very nice and helpful.
