Everything was perfect! The hotel is modern and located 5 minutes walk from a very nice mall with a big supermarket and many stores and places to eat. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel crew is amazing, everyone is very nice, patient and willing to help with any issue. I would like to mention especially Sena and Alexandru from the reception, who made our stay wonderful.

The apartment was on the first floor and very nice and clean. There is a coffee machine right outside the apartment (it didn't have coffee unfortunately), but there is also a 5 to go shop 2 minutes walk away. There is also a store nearby. The city center is about 15 minutes away. All in all, a very nice accomodation 😊

The staff was wonderful and the service was very nice. Michael (there's 2 Michael's as well) was going above and beyond for us in our stay to make sure we were happy with our experience at Casa Chitc. If anything, I'd love to stay at Casa Chitic if I ever go back to Brasov again. The customer service was honestly what made it feel like home.

    Easy and direct communication with the owner. Perfect apartment in a great location. Restaurants, shops and attractions are within a 5 to 10 minute walk. A few steps from the central paid car park or street parking. You could also park in the courtyard of the building. The apartment is comfortable and clean and has everything necessary for a full-day stay.
