Just came back for a week in TCI, can't thank Booking enough to put Zenza on the top list when I was looking for a place to stay there. The hotel is perfect, the location, the staff from the ones in the lobby to the cleaning staff everyone makes sure you definitely have a good time. The room was always clean and fill with everything. I had a beautiful view to the marina. There are two restaurants/bar in the same complex, if you don't want to go far away. They have fresh pastries and fruits everyday, they even have a fridge with water and a bottle-filling station next to the lobby if it's close after 10 pm. The beach is a 5mins walk from the hotel, if you rent a car everything is 10 or 15 mins max, go visit TCI if you can it's worth it. Don't think twice book Zenza you won't be disappointed. A big thank you to Mario for always giving tips about place to visit and always asking if everything is okay with a big smile. Thank you again for making that place more magical than it is. Merci

Cute house, good location between the airport and the resort we were staying at. Small view of the amazing Turks and Caicos water was just off in the distance which was nice. House was clean and furnished nicely. Nice large deck off the side and back with multiple entrances from master, kitchen and dining areas. The hammock on the porch was the best! Bedrooms were nice sized and having the two and a half baths was great. It was a great house for the short stay we had. The host was very helpful, nice and very responsive.

The apartment in gated community is very clean and well equipped, a big plus is the water cooler dispenser and shampoo, conditioner and hand cream in each bathroom. It is spacious and the location is a short distance from the sea, 2-3 minutes by car. The shopping district is also close. Mrs. Eliza, who waited for us until the evening due to a delayed flight, is very pleasant.

The condo was very nice, clean, and quiet ,exactly what I was looking for. The bed was super comfortable, and the whole space felt welcoming and cozy. I really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the well-maintained interior. It was a great place to relax and unwind.

I have book before at this resort, we like it, is beautiful resort, but needs some improvements like new pillows, better mattress for the sofa bed, new umbrellas both broken, never used them. They had everything you needed but they need to be sure everything is in good condition for each guess. Linens smell nice, kitchen was clean, overall all clean.
