we stayed in the pool villas and they were absolutely amazing. I would say a little over priced (around 800 cdn a night) but that may have had to do with it was over New Years. The villas were located up on the cliff side and the trolley made for easy access with being able to avoid the stairs. The hotel offered a New Year’s Eve buffet, complimentary for the villas and have to say in all my trips to Thailand no where have I seen quality comparable to it, it was unreal. I would highly recommend if you’re willing to pay the extra money

at the first professional staff do your check in very fast (tnx dear ana) all restaurant are good and enough to stay inside during day for lunch breakfast is good but not as good as other 5 star hotel in pattaya (but its enough for all people) the room we selected was pool access , it was amazing experience as we were in many hotel in whole world and its only hotel that during night also you can use this pool who is connect to these room only baby playing very good here with many toys very professional staff

I had a wonderful stay at Grand View Premium. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Luca, the owner, is an incredibly kind and helpful person, always making sure guests feel comfortable. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious, cozy, and very clean. The hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing stay. Initially, I wasn’t sure about the hotel, so I only booked for a few days. However, once I realized how much I liked it, I wanted to extend my stay—but unfortunately, there were no more available rooms. Next time I visit, I will book this hotel without any hesitation for my entire stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
