The room was very comfortable! The staff was very nice and accommodating. My air conditioning started to not work well in the middle of the night and when I told them in the morning, they immediately moved me to the room right across the hall and helped move all my stuff. The smart tv with Netflix was nice and it even had a small balcony to get fresh air. Small restaurant downstairs had good food. 10/10

A little gem of a hotel. Really helpful staff, great, out of the way but close enough to everything place. Breakfast was amazing, room was really excellent, my city and canal view were a real treat.

🚫 Unsafe & Dishonest Hostel – Avoid at All Costs! This hostel is still a construction site, but the booking app accepts reservations like everything is normal. No staff, no reception, no cleaning, and no safety. At 9 PM, several guests (including us) were locked outside with no way in. The “owner” told us to wait at the 7-Eleven next door for an hour, then sent construction workers to let us in. The front door to the hostel couldn’t be locked, the assigned room door had no knob, beds were unmade, dust and construction debris everywhere, and toilets had no toiletries. Clearly unsafe. Google reviews look suspiciously fake, all posted 2 months ago. In this state, it should NOT be open for paying guests. Why would Thailand Goverment allow a business permit to this hostel to operate at its condition? Dishonest, irresponsible, and greedy. No matter how much they improve later, I will never return!
