Surprisingly nice hotel with excellent amenities, cleanliness, and comfort. Big room that was very clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom with an excellent shower. Very clean and modern facility that is conveniently located just across the bridge from the central business district.

It's run by the sweetest old lady, who despite speaking no English, is communicating admirably by Google translate and sign language. I had a private colourful room, and loved the huge private balcony with furniture, green plants and mountain view. So nice to chill there in the evenings. The room was very clean and the shared bathroom was only shared by 2 rooms. It was cleaned every day, and it was a real bathroom, spacious and with everything you need inside. Free fruit every day, and free simple breakfast in the morning. Excellent Wifi. I'm not doing the Mae Hon Son loop by motorbike, so I even got a free bicycle to use for the day. The Songthaew from Mae Sot stops just 100m away.

This is a fantastic place to stay, beats a hotel hands down! Very friendly staff, super clean, spacious room, peaceful, the grounds are very well maintained with nice views from both the front and back. A nice light complimentary breakfast is available.and very friendly staff. Will be staying here on out return trip.

The building is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable with nice bathrooms and beds. Staff was friendly and spoke good English, the dinner we had was quality and very affordable. Right on the river in the center of town, I would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful host. He was so polite and friendly. The place is tucked away and somewhat tricky to locate but once there the accommodations were very good. Comfortable bed, hot water for showers and good Wi-Fi. If I had to travel to Mae Hon Son again, I would choose to stay again.
