The bathroom was beautiful and modern

Great property all around. Friendly staff, room was clean, bed comfortable, very quiet, great view (18th floor) and AC worked very well. Direct access to the mall. Really appreciated having a convenient launderette onsite with complimentary detergent. Breakfast was good. If there is one area of improvement, like many other places in Thailand, is the shower temperature oscillating between lukewarm and hot. Would stay again.

It was clean. The AC in the room worked really well. Buffet breakfast. The location was very close to the bus station and the mall Korat was a walking distance away.

Everything was so good from the staff to the rooms and not forgetting the reception staff. The buffet was out of this world there were choices to suit Everyone tastes 😋

Just 2 years old and still spotless, my spacious room had everything I wanted (desk, fridge, kettle and flat-screen TV with HDMI) - if it had a microwave it would even be good enough for long stays. It's about a 15-minute walk to Central Plaza and there are heaps of shops, bars and eateries along the way

Great Breakfast and condition. Good Service. Neat and cozy. Location is okay for me (from my workplace). Promotion Price is value. Nice Staff with Service mind. Comfortable with full facilities. Nice place to snap the pictures.

A great place to stay in Korat. I was impressed. The staff were friendly and always available. They obliged on my request for a room with good natural light, even giving me a corner room on an upper floor so I had windows on two walls plus a balcony door. Clean and the place seems new. Quiet because located down a short alley that dead ends. There is a bedside lamp, the end tables and desk even match, and curtains have a velcro piece stuck on in places to help keep the gaps shut at night - shows the thoughtfulness given to the rooms. Restaurants everywhere and area is very walkable. Recommend for short or long stays.

Go next door to the Monkey Bar Korat for some drinks and food too!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Crystal Hotel was amazing! The room was **very clean, spacious, and comfortable**, and everything was so convenient for travelers. I especially loved the **café right beside the hotel**—affordable prices and great for grabbing a quick meal or coffee. ☕️🍽️ The hotel is also **close to the mall**, which makes shopping and getting around super easy. The girl at the front desk was also lovely and **spoke English very well**, which was a big plus! 😊 The only small thing I noticed was that there was **no face towel**, and I didn’t see a lift/elevator. Other than that, everything was great! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would **definitely recommend Crystal Hotel** to other travelers. Clean, spacious, convenient, and affordable—what more could you ask for? 😄✨

Great location for many bars, Cafes, restaurants, and Street food. The mall Korat is across the street, and Terminal 21 is a short distance as well. Bus station is about 1 kilometer away. Keep in mind, not a chain hotel, a little dated, but great value, super friendly English speaking staff. Own parking lot, so great parking.
