Hotel is so unique and more than our expectation (very beautiful and Thai style) which we love much. Room was so elegant and comfort. Atmosphere so good as we can see view of temple, river and lots of trees. Coffee shop at the hotel also very good. It a must to try.

Lovely riverside residence with cosy interior. The bed was very comfortable and there was also a communal space in the traditional Thai house that was very stunning. Loved everything about this place and the service was great as well - fast replies, kind and caring staff.

Baan Rhomkham Ayutthaya - บ้านร่มขามอยุธยา
The house and room with adjoining bathroom was exceptionally clean. The room was spacious and the king bed superb. Shower pressure was also very good especially nice after a hot day sightseeing. Duean was such a lovely host and we were able to do our laundry. She also gave us a fabulous drying rack to use on our very private and spacious balcony. We liked the location as it was a quiet location and it was very nice to come back to relax after a busy day. We came to visit the ancient Wats and it doesn’t really matter if you are super close to the city as you need a Tuk Tuk or taxi or tour to get around as the Wats are spaced quite far from each other. The night market is about 25 minute walk away but we used Grab as it was affordable and comfortable in the heat. There are many very good restaurants and coffee shops five minutes walk away by the river. Definitely would recommend this place.

We were greeted right away by a nice young woman and were offered some fresh squeezed juice. Gerhard brought us to our room and showed us where everything was. He also provided us a map, gave us an overview of the historical park, loaned us some bicycles to explore the city, and suggested a restaurant for dinner (Garden Side Restaurant Meet Up - it was delicious!). We slept well and had a nice breakfast before our departure. Thank you to Gerhard and the rest of the staff for a great stay!

Really helpful and friendly staff. Classic Thai architecture for the very comfortable and spacious rooms. The whole hotel property environment feels so authentic. There are lots of sitting places around the central water area which is very picturesque. The salt water pool is also excellent. Overall, a charming, relaxing and authentic place to stay. Looking forward to returning.
The room is large and very homey.
First time home stay so a bit confusing on access until I checked my messages, and get the codes. Big house by river and archeological park, 2 floors 3 rooms. Brilliant if a family or group holiday. My first time in Ayutthaya, I had a car but area is flat great for peddle bikes. The place had everything and more. No food so do some shopping 20 minutes walk to eatery. Plenty to drink tho. Air con and fan. Nice garden and trees. His and her w/c.

LOVE the design, the space, the greens, and the architecture!!! A great combination of materials!!! The room itself is also cozy and comfortable, and the staff are all super warm and helpful 💕 The closest 711 is about 5 mins walking distance, and there’s also one local & good message “HATTATHONG VINTAGE SPA&MASSAGE “right across the street, perfect in every aspect. Will definitely stay again when visiting Ayutthaya!!!

Lovely hotel mix with traditional and modern right by the river. The rooms are beautiful and cozy decorated. High praise for the cleaning stuff. They did a great job refreshing our room folding and hanging our clothes. Definitely worth the price. My friend that traveled with us canceled her hotel just to stay with us in Busaba hotel.

Very affordable and offered more than expected for the price. The receptionist did not speak English but went out of her way to help, using her phone to translate, and we could even rent bikes to explore Ayutthaya.
