I have stayed for 2 night, hotel is in a walking distance to a shopping mall which make it very easy to enjoy . Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful

We arrived very early morning after a long flight. Rather than forcing us to wait until check in time the gentleman at the front desk gave us the room so that we could get a much needed rest. We appreciated that a lot.

Very bad service and no wifi no clean hotel under construction and every day we use service lift . I don’t no why its in booking.com and why they accept guest if hotel under maintenance

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was very clean, and the location is perfect, right in the center and close to everything. There are many supermarkets and stylish cafés within walking distance. The bathroom had both a handheld bidet and a Turkish-style one, which was a great touch. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, always ready to assist. Highly recommended

The staff are amazing, the service is great, friendly and welcoming. Overall, excellent stay 👍

Loved everything about it! The staff are more than professional and very friendly, and the suite is exceptional and clean! Would 100% recommend :)

friendly staff and very helpful and amazing lication everything is near special thanks to Omar , Berkay and Imra

We love the thermal spa. The valet parking also very helpful for us.

One of the Best Hotels in Bursa! I had an amazing stay — the location is perfect, right where you need to be. What truly made it special was the staff: incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Their hospitality was top-notch and made the entire experience feel complete. Highly recommended especially fo family

Excellent property, highly recommended for families, you feel very safe with them, anything you need they will try to help you, they ordered food for us, even I was afraid that the cash with me is not enough, they offered to pay for the restaurant, the manager took my car to the parking place. You will find the neighbors sitting in the neighborhood talking. The place makes you live among the neighborhood Turkish families in the city of Bursa. I recommend all Arabs to stay in this hotel.

Clean hotel.Value for money.Check in was smooth and breakfast good.

Small but spotlessly clean. Perfect location. Free thermal bath. Helpful front desk staff. Excellent breakfast.
