Everything was perfect during my stay, the photos don't do justice to this place, enjoying sunset at Lyxos was one of the highlights of my trip, I met Oktay and his family (The Owners) everyone was so friendly and welcoming, the rooms were great and the breakfast was excellent. This is a new place but would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful luxurious stay.

The view from my room was beautiful, especially in the morning. Location: the main touristic street is literally outside of the hotel, steps to great restaurants and shops. Staff is very nice, attentive to requests and polite. I highly recommend this hotel.

An Unforgettable Mediterranean Oasis in Kaş! Staying at Adasya Hotel on the Çukurbağ Peninsula was easily the highlight of our trip to Kaş! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and Turkish hospitality that made us feel right at home. The rooms are pristine, modern, and thoughtfully designed. We stayed in a sea-view room, and the views of the turquoise Mediterranean were breathtaking. Watching the sunset over the peninsula right from our private balcony was pure magic. The bed was ultra-comfortable, and the housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout our stay. If you are looking for a tranquil escape away from the busy town center, this is the place to be. Even though it sits in a serene spot on the peninsula, getting around is super easy. The daily breakfast spread was fresh, abundant, and delicious, featuring traditional local flavors alongside plenty of variety. Enjoying morning coffee while looking out over the sea was the best way to start each day. Above all, the team and management at Adasya truly go above and beyond. They were always on hand with helpful recommendations, friendly smiles, and top-tier service. The private access to the sea is incredible

Beautiful hotel, you feel like in Greece. The check in was super fast, with great room allocation. Car parking is very convenient, I love the beach it’s just down across the small street. I will definitely come back again. Thank you to Ibrahim for solving some issues very quickly

It is always a challenge to adjust from one location to the next when staying at boutique hotels, not similarly designed five star chain hotels, just as there is always an adjustment period when one arrives at a new destination, particularly if the previous one had been most pleasing. That is why the best trips, like the best love affairs, never really end. ~ Pico Iyer Our two previous hotel stays in Türkiye were in 150 year old houses - one was in Odunpazari, Eskişekir, the other in Old Town Antalya . Both were very different; both historically charming. So it was a bit of a surprise to arrive to the simply but tastefully decorated, ultra clean and bright, minimalist modern decor of the Kaş Old Town Hotel. But this soon transformed into delight. We had a breathtaking sea view from our room on the third floor. The room was constantly bathed in light. The balcony deck allowed us to enjoy the fresh sea air outdoors, or let it flow into the room; while temperatures could be quite easily adjusted with the efficient air heating and cooling system. The included breakfast was served on the huge, glass enclosed top floor terrace with an incredible view of the ocean, and this beautiful space was made available to all guests to enjoy every day after breakfast. And then there was the breakfast itself, which my husband and I agreed was the most delicious and extensive home cooked array we had yet experienced in this country. We watched the young woman chef beginning the next day’s meal preparations each day after the morning meal was completed. Furthermore, the service at this small 9 room hotel was excellent.

I stayed at this hotel for a night and it was the best decision! Right next to the bus station! Nice breakfast is served on a roof top terrace with a beautiful view!

I think, I found Kaş peaceful overall. Hostel and breakfast was good, staff were helpful. Balcony and cloth drying ropes were lifesaver. Fridge works, enough outlet and location for plugs. If I come to Kaş again. I don't need to look for another place to stay.

Our family of 5 enjoyed a 2 nights stay in a suite which had a beautiful view. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the rooms well appointed and clean. The hotel is up a short hill from the town with easy walking access to restaurants, shopping and beaches. The old town area nearby is very charming and atmospheric. We were allowed a slightly later check-out on our exit day - we had a late flight to catch, and we were allowed use of the pool in the afternoon and a bathroom to have a quick shower and change before leaving - all very welcome on a very hot day.

Right in the city center. The room is clean and modern, although a little bit smaller than we expect. The reception and staff was very kind and helped us to park the car. The breakfast is excellent with lot of choice.

It is very clean. The towels and bed linen are white and fresh. The apart has everything you need: aircons, utensils, dishes, pans, gas cooktop, a balcony, and even weight scale. Good location - very close to the center, and many small shops, but incebogaz beaches are about 20 minutes of walking. Swimming was not my priority, so it was fine with me. The host/owner was very helpful and nice. There is a washing machine you can use downstairs. You can park your car one or two streets higher.
