Close to beach, and numerous places to eat & drink. Also close to ATMs, and a mini-mart to pick up daily groceries. Really good sized apartment & the patio too. Fruit bats at dusk were amazing. Really close to all these things but the location was in beautiful gardens so was really quiet.
