The breakfast is nice, place is quite, staff is exceptional, money being invested into property w/ updates.

It was clean close to everything we wanted to do. All the employees were so friendly and nice.

Everything was great. Pleased with the breakfast.

We had to book a last minute hotel after landing at the Minneapolis airport due to a blizzard. Booking and check in was easy and quick. The front desk was helpful with finding dinner food, since most places were closed due to the storm. Our room was basic but comfy. The breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

Breakfast, the friendliness of the checkout and checkin person and helpfulness of staff.

I wasn’t able to stay due to key lock were malfunctioning and they still charged me for the room that I wasn’t able to stay

The hotel is good, clean , helpful staff and budget friendly. will be back!

It is a very nice Hotel with a wonderful staff. We were very happy that they have HOT coffee available all of the time. It was great to get a good nights sleep even with our jet-lag. The kitchen was very good and we were able to fix all of our meals.

Very clean and awesome people and the best restaurants

Probably the most helpful and friendly staff I have met in a long time. Would recommend it to my friends.

It was perfect for my family and very spacious and quiet. Definitely staying there every time when traveling in Minnesota.

Staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast had a few choices, even some gluten free options. Fresh coffee and hot chocolate and tea were always available. Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable, plenty of clean towels and soap, shampoo and conditioner.

It was is a good location, friendly staff. Bartender was vert friendly

Close to airport free shuttle and close to Metro transit station.

Clean comfy spacious room with good breakfast and airport shuttle:)

Updated stylish and easy access. The staff were so kind and thoughtful.

how close we were to Mall of america and the local walmart

It was clean, quiet (the odd plane overhead of course with being close to the airport but I expected that and had white noise on my phone so it was not a problem for me), and really comfortable. I didn’t try the breakfast but the coffee in the morning was really good. The bed and pillows were excellent. The bathroom mirror had this really cool non-fog area which I loved for getting ready. It also had some buttons? I wasn’t sure how the mirror buttons worked, but I’m assuming you could connect your phone somehow and play music. Anyway, the staff were really friendly and helpful too and I would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly staff and everything was perfect!

Breakfast and executive lounge servings was breathtaking

Very close to the mall of America and very clean

Our room was huge with a balcony. The bed was SO comfy and the natural light was nice. The property is pet friendly also so we were able to bring our boy. The bar and restaurant is awesome. Breakfast isn’t included but worth it to pay as it is buffet style with fresh food.
