walkable to lots to do. friendly staff. starbucks

Amazing, historic hotel! It transports you to another place and time. It's elegant yet cozy. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway!

Great property, the hotel is so vintage and beautiful. The room was clean, spacious, bed comfortable. Highly recommended.

Everything! The staff was so helpful, I got there after a very early flight and was waiting for a room, and they extended breakfast just for me. They were so accommodating and helpful, best stay ever.

It’s dog friendly. Being retired we like to take our fur baby with us when we travel. There is a really nice trail that follows the river that is a wonderful place to walk and relax. The indoor pool was great. Our granddaughters came over for a swim and loved playing in the water in December. The hotel is quiet, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was varied and quite good.. We will definitely return. It is a good value stay

Very nice and clean good location close to the basketball stadium

Beautiful modern rooms. Love the price as well!! Very clean and nice staff.

Lovely ambiance, artsy, comfortable, quiet, pleasant staff, on-site restaurant, light and view from 9th floor.

This is a 5 star hotel .The staff generally were good especially Latasha who was superb. The hotel is well located and connected to public transport. Free complimentary breakfast and gym for exercises. To crown it all they even provide a free shuffle transport service for dropping and picking up customers. I will highly recommend them.

Clean, attentive staff, condition of property, breakfast

Robert is the best manager you can ask for he is awesome an accommodating thank you so much

Awesome Staff Great breakfast

For breakfast i like eggs and sausage links and bread.

Everything was great. We have stayed at this chain before so knew it would be pleasant

Great staff!! Good accommodations. Excellent location...thanks!!

The room was very clean, the only thing was that the bed was too soft; when you lay down, it would in and create a hole.

Like the bar that was attached. Great food and drinks. Very convenient. Bed was super comfy.

Everything exceeded expectations.

Excellent location only about 10 minutes away on foot from the train station, right across the street from Baird Center, steps away from 3rd Street Market and every possible type of convenience stores, fast food, restaurants, etc. Riverwalk about 3 blocks away and easily walkable. Wonderful and kind staff - all the ladies I met at the front desk were so very nice, cheerful, engaging, and helpful. Fantastic customer service. Accommodated my very early check-in request and arranged for wake-up calls. Breakfast included in the price had a very decent selection - one dish in particular, the turkey bacon, was scrumptious. My room was huge, super comfortable large bed, fabulous bathroom, flat-screen TV, WiFi working very well. Thank you so much for your service, I can't wait to be back some day soon. Don't look any further and stay at this fantastic place yourselves!

Walking distance to restaurants/bars and activities

Large and stylish room, warm and welcome service, especially in the restaurant. The Premium Loft provided a perfect view to downtown and the Harley Davidson Museum.
