I stay here every time I'm in South Bend (on business). Excellent hotel. Great location. Wonderful staff. Clean and large rooms. Breakfast is good, nothing exceptional but definitely on the better scale vs most hotels in this price range. Also they offer free use of washers and dryers and give free detergent. That's a really nice addition.

Conveniently located and very clean. There were even some toiletries and a bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge ready for us. Host was attentive when we arrived and needed help getting into the home. Our family was in town for a funeral and this home was so nice, it really helped make the weekend a lot better.
