The condominiums are build just north of the Ormond Beach city limits, which was great to actually see stars over the ocean at night. With the door access and door codes, it was easy to get in with no additional keys to carry (except to access the beach). If you want to prepare meals, there are nearly every appliance imaginable for use. Plenty of towels, blankets, bed pillows, etc. Everything you need.

All the staff were friendly, but Lisa, the manager, went out of her way to see that we were comfortable and she showed concern for us and for my brother who has been ill, which was the reason for our stay at the property.

The location was awesome! The purpose for the stay was because I had just purchased a home in the local area and so I came to Florida from PA so that I could collect the keys and the closing paperwork and I also decided to bring my friend along and make a little vacation time out of it.

It was a reasonably priced studio. Nice for a short getaway. Thankfully they had elevator as we were on fourth floor. Provided a nice get away without costing an arm and a leg. Every room had ocean view balcony. The house keeper(maid) was extreme helpful. Assisted my husband with the tv and cable after I mistakenly unplugged it. The owner was also helpful.

    For the price it was good. It is an older inn, but the bathroom appeared to be remolded. Parking lot is for smaller vehicles, my husband was ask to park his truck on the street parking in front of the inn.

    It really wasn’t that nice and the fact that the dog cost $75 a night was ridiculous, room were not very clean and ocean front was really a parking lot view! The experience was nothing to write home about

    The room was very spacious and the beds were clean. The floor was dirty in some areas but we just asked for some more towels and wiped it up, no biggy. The pool was very clean and literally no one used it the whole time. Would’ve loved to but my stay was during a cold time haha. The beach access is close and nice. Close to other places and ample free parking for guests close to rooms. Not noisy, no staff bothers you for anything. Check in was very fast and easy.

    The bed was super comfortable, while our room did have a beach view it was overlooking a parking lot and the pool. It’s an older resort that probably could use a little renovation work but it suited our needs just fine. The furniture was older but the bed was new and clean and super soft. It had a large TV and a rather large apartment size fridge which was nice.
