Clean, nicely furnished, wonderful breakfast

Since they did not have the room, I booked they gave me free parking. I was there for a work conference, and they let me leave my car there while I went to another hotel for the conference.

The grounds! There were trees everywhere! I could open my window and see leaves! It felt so nice.

Proximity to the airport with shuttle service. We got there Thanksgiving evening and the bar was open and the food was delish. I dont recall the bartenders name, he was there the last time we came but he gave excellent service.

Its one of the best locations in downtown san jose. Close to everything. Solid bar too.

The jetted tub was so awesome and room very clean and comfy

Great staff, facilitated an early check-in easily. Room was clean and fresh, well appointed and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Will stay here again next time I’m in San Jose

It didn't make sense of the quality of my stay for what I paid. I felt at times I was in a 5 star. An awesome price with a breakfast in the morning . Thumbs up!

We didn’t end up staying here because the water main burst and there was no water to the hotel. The hotel staff handled it very well and was apologetic and allowed us to cancel and get a full refund.

It had a gate entrance. It's close to the airport.

Cleanliness, free breakfast, easy check-in, and location were great.

Great location and great restaurants in the area

Great location, right across the street from Sam Jose civic center. Hotel had a beautiful christmas photo prop,my kids loved the little tree contest. The valet guy was super cool an helpful, told us some great places to eat. Also the bar tender was hustling to grab everyone’s drink orders. Room was very very clean, great view of the christmas carnival going on at the park across the street. When we visit again we are definitely staying here.

It was cool, bed was comfy and me and my wife had a great time during our stay. Thank you for the aesthetics of hiltons domain.
