Location. Convenience. Breakfast. Clean.

Everything was nice from staff to pool area with the grills. We had breakfast. My family and I had a great staff

The breakfast was amazing and staff were super kind. The rooms were very comfortable with a little kitchen, desk and sofa separate from the bed area.

Very quiet and surprisingly very nice rooms!

Everything was exelente 👌 The attention, clean rooms And the silence and the location

Clean nice manager cleaning woman nice good location

The room was very clean and comfortable. Exceptional breakfast

Very safe for parking in my car

The layout of the room and extra space was exactly what we needed. We stayed in the suit that had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen. It was great.

Amenities, fitness center and pool. Good staff. I saw some security personnel. You may want to explain what they do. I would like it if they watched the parking lot because I could not see my car from my room.

My room was spacious and clean, the areas throughout the hotel are all well kept.

Economical and convenient to book.

Clean and quiet. Michael allowed me to park in the back alley which was right outside the pad for easier access to and from the pad.

Everything was as expected, really nice location and friendly host!

I gave the location a big smile because once you're on site, it's irrelevant. It's not glamorous since it's off the beaten track, part of it's charm and appeal to me, and the trade offs of the accommodations themselves, and the host, Michael, more than compensate. It is the classic diamond in the rough, and becoming less rough everyday as Michael pursues his DIY beautification of the grounds.

We were able to drop off our luggage early before normal check, which was great. That let be able to go to Long Beach 🏖️ and enjoy the day laying in the sand. Thank you for the early check in.
