The property is brand new and everything was in perfect condition. Location is good and the property is equipped with everything one might need for a short stay. The surface of the apartment is great and it has a big bed with very comfortable mattress, a big couch and a well equipped kitchenette zone. The complementaries were also well proportioned for my short stay.

Very comfortable and clean! It was well located and easy to walk to everything. The shower was warm and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to get checked in. The owner communicated very clearly with us regarding checking in.

Breakfast was complete. Staff was very friendly at all times. We should have been offered a frontal room with river and piazza view. Back views are really not good at all, very poor for a River view city. Room is ok in size and excellent king bed and linen.

I enjoyed my time here very much. Great local area of Montevideo, close to some wonderful cafes and beautiful gardens. Hosts are very nice and helpful. I also appreciated being able to set up my transfer to the airport with them.

    Very large and comfortable room with a good bed, large bathroom with good shower, and a kitchenette with fridge. Wifi worked very well. It's great that we could make use of one of the free parking spaces the hotel has in a garage just around the corner. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good location in the centre of Montevideo. The main squares and attractions are on walking distance from the hotel.

    The apartment is in a still and safe neighborhood, not near the city centre, It more near the airport. The apartment it self is on the first floor of a complex and safe. There is a lift or staircase you can use. The room is big and comfortable with a little fridge inside and a separate bathroom. The entire apartment is available to use, but as the owner also stay in the same apartment, I only use the kitchen and my part of the apartment. Parking is available in front of the building as street parking, and I believe safe.

    Very stylish hotel with very friendly check in staff (shame about the guys who did check out!) and parking valet porters. Good buffet breakfast with a wide spread plus you can order freshly cooked items. Room was spacious with a fantastic view of the beach opposite. The main hall is very elegant with beautiful flowers. The neighbourhood is great with a good range of restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Also lovely inside/outside swimming pool

    In the heart of the old city with so many of Montevideo’s sites of interest on the doorstep. The apartment building was really thoughtfully designed, elegant, secure and clean. Superb views from the roof top. Loved the pool. Our host was friendly and helpful. Secure parking.

    Very busy at breakfast so although a large restaurant area at times it was hard to find a seat. A good variety of food on offer at the buffet. Our bedroom room was large with a comfortable King sized bed. All the usual facilities were there including a safe, hairdryer tv etc. The hotel is a taxi ride from the old town but close to the waterfront and there are plenty of eating places in the area.The underground parking was easy to access.
