I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel that exceeded my expectations. The service was impressively professional, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I got to learn a lot about Vietnamese culture through various activities offered at the hotel. The location was perfect, close to stunning, unique sights. Despite being affordable, the hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable. The food was a standout—delicious and authentic. Overall, it was an amazing experience that combined great service, cultural immersion, and beautiful scenery. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore Vietnam.

The property is clean and comfortable. The owner speaks English very well and she has been in the travel industry awhile. She knows the area well and can help any visitors navigate the area and the culture. She is also happy to talk about the history of Vietnam and her particular village. We found her to be very interesting

We liked absolutely everything! It exceeded our expectations! The room is clean and spacious, we had an amazing view on Phong Nha mountains and the river. Tutu is such a lovely host. We received many recommendations and she organized everything for us. The food was amazing too. We will definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay here. The room was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located close to several great restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, we had an omelette with coffee, served with fresh French bread/bánh mì, which was a really nice start to the day. The pool was also lovely and clearly cleaned regularly, which made it a great place to relax. The owner was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. It was also lovely to see how family-oriented he is, spending time with his child and family even while managing the pressures of running the business. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it.

I ended up staying at Tien's for one full week.Cuba, the main host, helped with all my tours and even my bus ticket to the next destination. He was so helpful and nice. It was super quiet at night and it's only a short walk into town. There was a really beautiful view from the top floor and I appreciated the fact that I was able to use his home gym. I'd definitely stay there again.

Really great helpful host, very nice scenic views from the bungalows, can use bikes at the bungalow to ride around to see some amazing scenic routes close by! Hung also offers pick up and drop off to bus stations and great help with finding things to do.

A nice room and the best view on the Ke Bang national park. The staff were helpful and responsive. We ordered 2 tours to the caves with the Jungle Boss and were absolutely happy about our experiences with them. We decided to extend our stay, and the staff was efficient with organizing it. The bed has a mosquito net, AC in the room was also a big plus.

Rooms are large and new. They overlook the river for beautiful views in the morning and evening. Levi, the host, is communicative and responsive. He made excellent suggestions for things to do. And he fixed my bus last minute.

We had a great stay at Central Backpackers and would definitely recommend it. The rooms were very clean, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they assisted us with everything we needed during our stay. One of the highlights was the social atmosphere: the free BBQ for guests and the live music made the evenings really enjoyable and created a great environment to meet other travelers. The breakfast was also excellent. We loved that it was a buffet with plenty of options, making it one of the best hostel breakfasts we have had during our trip. The only area for improvement was the taxi service arranged through the hostel. The driver was friendly, but he spent most of the journey answering phone calls, including at least one video call while driving. This made us feel a bit uncomfortable and concerned about safety. Since guests trust transportation arranged by the hostel, it may be worth reminding drivers to avoid using their phones while driving and to focus on the road. Aside from that, everything was fantastic, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is new (about 4 years) and up to date. Everything is clean and everything works. The staff is very helpful, especially Tuan.

Very clean rooms, the most comfort bed we had in Vietnam so far with the best blanket. Big and newly renovated shower rooms. Location just 2 minutes away from all restaurants and coffee houses in the main street.

Mr. Strong is what I like most at this hostel. He was so friendly, always smile and very helpful, he woke up very early to welcome us in 3: 00 AM, he introduced us to explore the Ruc Mon cave. Everything was great, the cave is so beautiful and impressive, food is absolutely amazing ! I will definitely reccommend this hostel to everyone!
