In general, I have a hard time knowing whether to believe reviews in Vietnam but the positive reviews about L’Signature all align with my experience! The location is perfect for old town activities but the street itself ie very quiet. The property has been recently renovated, was extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Additionally, I cannot stay enough about the staff. Every single staff member went above and beyond. They gave us a million recommendations that were stellar, upgraded our room, gave us a departure gift, and so much more.

A most aesthetically pleasing building inside and out. The owner or designer has remarkable taste in furnishings, decor, and art works. The location could not be better with so many things to see and do nearby. The young ladies at reception were the best! Lilly, Tracy, and Haley provided much more than hospitality, offering the standard tourist options for guests, but also offering more thoughts and suggestions based on personal experiences. We had some nice conversations with them, and Lily even encouraged us yo try a local specialty rice dish that she had actually purchased for her mother. They were real people treating us as real people.

An unforgettable stay! Everything was perfect during my time at Salute Hotel. The location is amazing — close to all the key attractions in Hanoi, yet nestled in a quiet and peaceful street for a good rest. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety to start the day right. But what truly makes this place special is the staff — so kind, always smiling, and truly helpful with everything. I also booked my Ninh Binh tour directly through the hotel, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences of my trip! I’ll miss Vietnam so much — and this hotel played a big part in making it such a wonderful memory. Highly recommended!

    Hotel is in the middle of everything which is both a blessing and a curse. Balcony overlooked the street. It was easy to access everything but the street it is on is a scooter parking lot so you get the constanct revving of engines and honking. Staff was very helpful. Moved me from the 2nd floor, felt like I was on the street with all the noise, to the the 5th floor which was quieter during the night.

    This is a really nice little hotel. It is under new management and they are building it up and renovating it. WIFI was excellent. Staff are truly exceptional. They really do their best to make sure that your stay is comfortable. They also readily supply you with information. Free tea, cookies and fruit in the reception. Free parking outside the reception for motorbikes. They have a cable lock that they use to lock them with. Recommended.
