Absolutely AMAZING stay!!!! I truly can’t imagine staying anywhere else near Kruger or Marloth park. It was myself with my significant other and another couple and we each booked the houses ( ours was the chestnut house). Each room was extremely well equipped and had the most amazing luxurious touches (hand made natural tumeric soup made on the property, bath salts for the bath, robes, slippers, coffee with a French press, etc.) Each room had a huge shower, outdoor shower and huge bath tub. The property is beautiful and so romantic. We loved spending time by the fire pit every night. The food was SPECTACULAR and we all agreed we had the best tiramisu there. However what truly stood out was the service. I don’t know how I would’ve booked this trip without the help of Nicolette. She was so helpful before we had even booked Grace of Africa and I think that was a huge deciding factor for choosing to stay here. She was able to book all the activities for us, help with transfers and guide us in the right direction for my first time in Africa. Our host Mike and Amos were so incredible and they truly made everything perfect. Mikes attention to detail is unmatched and he is so incredibly kind. He really made us safe and like family. Tip: if you get some time, have some conversations with him and pick his brain. He is truly brilliant and a beautiful soul (you won’t regret it). He was such a big part of making our trip so special.

Location was very peaceful and convenient , about 20 mins drive to Crocodile bridge gate that offers excellent sightings. The property is very aesthetically designed. Room was typical bush house, very pleasant and self contained, with a porch from where to watch the numerous kudus, deer, warthogs that visit the premises. The hosts cooked and served some great dishes and were very nice to talk to.

A beautiful villa with an exceptional outdoor space. We loved spending time by the pool, relaxing and waiting for the neighborhood animals (zebras, kudu, impalas, warthogs) to stop by. The location is very convenient to the Kruger Crocodile Gate entrance. It was nice to have all of our safaris and Kruger entrance requirements arranged by our hosts at African Sky Villas. A breakfast box was provided for us each day to take on safari with us. Our hosts, Dreyer, Nason, and Anne Marie, couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive. On the days we weren’t on safari, we were served a beautiful breakfast by the pool. We chose to have dinner at the villa on three evenings; the food was the best we had in Marloth Park, and the presentation was beautiful. Wine, beer, and soft drinks are available as well as approved game pellets to feed the animals. Dreyer accompanied us on our evening walk to the river our first night, and we saw wildebeest, zebras, kudu, warthogs, and a giraffe in the neighborhood. The neighborhood backs up to Kruger (which is fenced to keep predators inside the national park). We found ourselves eyeball to eyeball (through the fence) with a herd of elephant mothers with their babies. Incredible! Our time at African Sky Villas was magical. The accommodations, staff, and wildlife are fabulous. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Our stay at Foxy Lodge was amazing. The close-up experience with the animals was unforgettable, and the level of hospitality from Basil and Riette was incredible. The lodge facilities are superb, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our room was extremely comfortable, and the terrace was the perfect spot to unwind after a safari—especially with visits from various animals. Truly a magical experience. We’d especially like to highlight the warm hospitality of Basil and Riette, who made us feel so welcome and at home in Kruger. Thank you for everything!     in one word = luxury stay in a beautiful location. In a gated community, the lodge was build as a home, later became a lodge. Safe free parking at the lodge. Animals roam around. The rooms were huge with fine african styling, a large bathroom, a terrace with a view of Kruger park. We saw elephants going for the evening drink. Very quiet place. We preordered a dinner at the lodge and we were enjoying fine dining in the huge common area. We shall definitely come back when visiting the area. And stay more nights, not only 1.
