There is a park nearby and a shopping area within walking distance. The room was big enough for 2 adults and a small dog and very comfortable. The balcony was large however the view was blocked by an old tower. The breakfast was very good with lots of options.

At first I thought that having a shared shower and WC is not that convenient, but in reality we had zero issues with that, and everything is nice and clean. The shared kitchen is very valuable: it's very well equipped and modern. The ability to park bikes in the garage is also a big plus. The location is quite convenient, but notice, that grocery stores are not that close.
