Hotel is very well situated walking distance to many restaurants, cafe and train station. Room was very clean and I appreciated the self-service station with paid laundry machines, extra clean towels and microwave. Also, it was the first hotel we encountered in Austria so far after three weeks with A/C that was turned on (it’s been 27-31 Celsius). Also, the front desk staff, Celine, in particular, was very friendly and professional (and impeccable english). She was the best hotelier we encountered in Austria so far after staying in 8 different hotels across the country so far.

I love EVERYTHING about this space - hotel name, staff, online/in-person check-in options. The spacious rooms, soundproof walls/window, rustic old town design with super modern and functional everything else. It's central to all the touristy things one want to check out the first time in town and quiet enough to not feel like it's in the middle of everything. We also used the B&B section of the hotel so it's got cooking tools and a big fridge for us to prepare our own meal without fear.
