I was afraid that I will be cold but every room has air condition that you can adjust. Room is perfect, clean, warm. We didn't have the kitchen since we were staying only 4 nights. I guess for staying longer you get it. There is a fridge, a tea pot. You can always take the tea, or coffee on the reception, it's free. Which is incredible because in a lot of places in Vienna it isn't. Stuff is so friendly, they gave us everything we asked for. We were just so satisfied with everything. This is my no.1 adress for Vienna.

The place was so perfect we actually came back for our final vacation day after spending time in the mountains. You won't have trouble finding it, and parking's sorted - either grab a spot in the underground garage (15 euros/night, just let the owner know) or park on the street with a parking card.

The room and bathroom were clean. Pictures represent reality. Room is very worm. Staff is polite and friendly. Public transportation is literally outside the Bassena hotel, including Airport Shuttle. We didn’t try the breakfast, hence, cannot comment on that.
