But it is just a few minute walk from Gascona, the main restaurant and sidreria street in Oviedo. The staff were all super friendly and gave us tips for what to do in the area. We took a nice walk up the hills around the town to see some of the pre-Roman churches there, which offered great views of the city as well.

The rooms are large and have all the perks of an expensive hotel - great quality soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, a two-sided adjustable make-up mirror, a hair dryer...a mini-fridge... It has a formal dining room, a bar and tables out in the plaza. The portions were insanely big and delicious. And the location is great. A block away from a supermarket, half a block from a pharmacy, and close to other key businesses like cafes, bakeries, and bars.
