The trash bin was large enough — I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on for five consecutive days and had no issues at all.

We got around by bus & metro with no problem. We were so comfortable during our stay and would recommend this hotel, especially if you’re in Madrid for more than one night!

The room was really nice, perfect size for a solo traveler, and the facilities were nice and complete. The room even had Netflix. And the place just smelled so good! Front desk was lovely as well when I arrived. Excellent stay overall.

Being directly on one of the main shopping streets was perfect because it got quiet pretty early and you were close to everything. The staff was very friendly and communicated with us throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again.
