The Cairngorms National Park is within 30 minutes’ drive of High Range Lodge Hotel. I absolutely LOVED the water pressure of this motel. Accommodations are simple, and can appear to some outdated, however it provides basic comfort you need for a few or some days of stay. Beds were comfortable, room clean and spacious. Extra seating space available. The room does have a tea kettle, a few instant coffee packets, and a small refrigerator. There are no options for breakfast on site, however restaurants nearby are easily accessible by foot and/or car. It is quiet and pleasant. I will definitely stay here again. :)

The Loch Ness Inn is located in the village of Lewiston, near the Great Glen Way. It offers rooms with free WiFi and free parking. The property is 0.7 miles from Drumnadrochit and 1.5 miles from Urquhart Castle. We loved the service here, the staff was well informed and very friendly. We could park our car at the location and we quickly got our room and checked in. The dinner and the overall atmosphere was lovely and breakfast was delicious. The beds were very comfortable and by car the location was only a few minutes to Loch Ness. We didn't hear anything during the night from other neighbours, very quiet.
