The owners Arno & Angie have done a great job with the place and it's very "homey" and welcoming with friendly staff and cute cats & dogs. We had a fun night out at a local bar with Arno and some other guests and we also spent a day out exploring the sights of which Arno gave us some great recommendations!

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Rantepao, Mama Tia Family Homestay is a homestay surrounded by views of the mountain. The homestay features family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. Yakov y Yansen are very nice people. All the staff was polite and welcoming and they 2 are great guides. They showed us torajan traditions and explained everything very clearly. I had the best noodle soup I have ever had in Indonesia. The place is in a rural area surrounded by nature, which makes it very pleasant stay

Free private parking is available and the inn also features car hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. An absolutely lovely place to stay while visiting Tangkoko National Park. Ana and her team are so wonderful and always so attentive to our needs. 2 weeks before our stay, Ana reached out to tell us all about the accommodation and also informed us about the tours that were available. The rooms, sheets and towels were so clean, and foood… AMAZING. From the scrambled eggs at breakfast to the local dishes during dinner.

The venue is pleasant. The food was very nice. The bathroom was very good. They were helpful to arrange the guide and taxi for us.

Set on the beachfront, this property features a bar. Mount Lokon is 27 km away and Christ Blessing is 8.6 km from the homestay. The family of the homestay are lovely and treat you like part of the family straight away. The food was excellent and plentiful. Not only did they cater to vegetarian and vegan diets easily, the food was delicious and a highlight of our stay. For the room, it was small but adequate with a queen size bed with a comfortable mattress. The bathroom was nice with a good pressure cool shower and flushing toilet. Aircon worked great.and was a nice treat. Ken's homestay was the place to be in the evening with live music being played by various talents from across the village. It's a fun and friendly vibe. Some nights are more lively than others which was a nice mix for us. If you are a light sleeper or go to bed early bring earplugs and it is fine. The mornings are nice and quiet and you can wake up to the sound of the waves. You can't even hear the church or the mosque! We went on two snorkelling tours and both were great ways to see other amazing snorkelling spots and we even visited the village on Manado Tua. Good value too. We extended our stay by two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. Terima kasih banyak!

Julian is very friendly host, moreover excellent bird guide and kingfisher king and I enjoyed all our walks for animals in the park. His wife Treisha is a lovely person and outstanding cook smiling all the time. We recommend. See you next time, our friends!

Featuring sea views, Sunmoon Beach Resort Likupang Timur in Pulau Mogogimbun features accommodation, a garden, a private beach area, a terrace, a restaurant and a bar.

There is a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries in each unit, along with a hairdryer. Sun moon was a fabulous location not far from Bitung and right on the beach. The accommodation and communal spaces were of exceptional standard as was every meal. The hosts are super friendly and welcoming also great to spend time chatting with. Can’t recommend sunmoon enough and look forward to returning one day.,
