The Butler Service was a standout feature, offering assistance with unpacking and packing, and even carefully wrapping fragile items. The hotel’s spa is not to be missed. It offers rejuvenating treatments inspired by Indian and Eastern traditions, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Helpful at each and every step. We're grateful to Mr. TAHA & MISS PRERNA at the reception, who guided and helped us in every aspect. We were not comfortable at 19th floor, without any delay Mr. Taha upgraded and shifted us to the room of our choice, where we were very satisfied and confortable. Special thanks go to Executive Sous Chef Kaustubh Chavan and Sous Chef Vishal Shetty, who not only delighted us daily with their culinary artistry but also surprised us with a beautiful farewell cake at our last breakfast. Poolside, Sonny and Ankit took such great care of us, ensuring our moments of relaxation were nothing short of perfect. The dining was, in a word, spectacular. Across six live kitchens, the chefs showcased flavours from around the world, sourcing rare ingredients and presenting them with creativity and flair. Every meal felt like an event, every plate a masterpiece.

It is run by a lovely family, the room is spacious and spotlessly clean, wifi works, aircon too, there is plenty of hot water, the beds are super comfortable and all windows have fly screens. In addition to that, mami cooked us a tasty complimentary breakfast, poha with tea! Full points from us.
