We booked the room that had the private bathroom and it was a huge and fabulous room. Very traditional. The staff were super helpful: they helped us organize one of our activity that required a taxi, ropeway, etc… We highly recommend this hotel.

Every SINGLE thing. It’s a stunning home. Mix of traditional Japanese with Modern aesthetic. Quiet. Peaceful. Tranquil without being suffocating. Waking distance to most everything (including important art installations and museums). Walking distance to ferry port and bike rentals. Communication with owners was exceptional. Marc is an extremely attentive and kind Host.
