Super CLEAN and fancy setting. Staff are super helpful, from carrying luggages, to answering queries, and being super thoughtful for me for breakfast options when I said I can't have milk and staff give me alternatives. I was surprised to have 3 beds when there are 3 of us.

A very nice and convenient hotel. And a modern one, which does not always happen in Japan. I liked the additional facilities - washing machine, microwave and even currency exchange machine (at a rate much more descent than in the main street).

Staff was friendly and super helpful. The girl helped us ship our luggage to the next hotel, and we ended up switching our hiking plans based on her recommendations, and it turned out amazing. Also recommended us some sake. I wish i had asked her name she was a real mvp. The box rooms were some of the best hostels I've stayed in. They have everything needed either for free or free to rent.

Location just next to Gora Station which is excellent and easy. Clean and comfortable- we stayed in dorm for one night and it still was very convenient, quiet and we could use an onsen.
