The location is perfect (right in front of Asakusa station)and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff can speak English fluently. The room is super clean although it’s not that spacious. However, it is still very comfortable.

Perfect location and easy to get around Tokyo, with helpful staff and a great room view. They were incredibly kind when our flight was cancelled, refunding us and waiving any cancellation fees. We were very grateful and would happily stay again and recommend to anyone.
