Me and my partner had apartment at the garden side. Quiet and stylish. The room has everything it in. Bath, kitchen, toilet, sitting area and great bed. Hosts are very helpful and offer access to amazing lush garden. Unfortunately during our stay there were lots of non-biting moskitos, which meant we could not really bbq. Moskitos come depending on which way the wind blows. The bath is huge! Will fit in 2 people easily. Owner

The location is very nice, right in the centre of Balk on the river; one night there was a street party so it was a bit loud, but otherwise very pleasant. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable; there are some low beams however so if you are tall be careful when getting out of bed. Our host was very helpful and even allowed us to park our 1933 car in their garage so it was off the street at night!
