The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. The room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is near the old town and located beside a main street but it’s like an oasis once you walk in. Very quiet and nice. The swimming pool is great and fruits are provided at the pool side during happy hour (2pm~4pm everyday) And the breakfast definitely cannot be missed! Variety of breakfast is amazing. You can have many Thailand dishes and also western style such as omelets, bread and salad. Highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely go back next time when I visit Chiangmai.

Our sheets were changed regularly, and the bed was always made. We even had a small garden outside our room, which was a nice touch, even though we didn’t use it. The garden in front of the hotel was beautiful. The breakfast options were enjoyable, the bed was very large and comfortable, and the wardrobes were spacious and sufficient. Overall, we had a great experience.

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi. Everything. This was the best hotel we've ever stayed in, period. Our stay was fabulous. The staff is so friendly, so attentive, and very respectful. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. On top of it we received an upgrade for the room.They just topped it off with all the details: every day fresh water, every day your room gets cleaned, the breakfast was the best we've had throughout our journey in Thailand, they even "design" the scrambled eggs on your plate with a little fresh flower, they bring you fresh fruit to the pool. They take the leaves out of the pool like the moment it drops ;) Also the other food and cocktails are very good. They help you find whatever you're looking for in terms of daytrips, transport, etc. What a lovely hospitable team of staff they have, they really engage in a real conversation! And besides that the hotel lies in a great location on walking distance to the centre of Chiang Rai and the Saturday market is around the corner of the hotel. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat, and when we return to Thailand, we will return to Mora Hotel.
