The room was incredible... Nice touches, beautiful design, a comfortable (and huge) bed and you have everything you need in the room.
We booked 2 nights there and enjoyed it a lot. The outside was nice too, we sat at night by the fire pit. It was a great experience.

Room was a good size and bathrooms were great. Bed was comfy but no view except the car parking lot.
Helpful, nice and kind staff including housekeeping. Cleanness. Fridge, micro, coffee, TV in the room. Comfortable beds. Problemfree wifi. Free parking. (We arrived pretty early, then the parking lot was almost empty. However, the number of the available parking places is less than the number of the rooms, so hurry up.) Although breakfast is not available here we were given a list of safe and non-expensive eating and shopping places in the vicinity.
Very good location if you want to be next to airport and close to rental car parking lot. Possible to park also on the road in front of the hotell for couple of hours. No parking though from 2 AM till 6 AM, so overnight parking on street not possible. Free shuttle to airport. Spacious, clean room. Quiet eventhough next to the airport. Possible to make tea an coffee in the room. Good toiletries.
Room was really spacious and had a lovely balcony area to sleep. The room and all the trimmings were of good quality and it was a really pleasant atmosphere. Parking nearby was fine and we didn't need to spend the money on Valet parking.

Great, as always - clean, with an upbeat vibe throughout the whole hotel. CitizenM hotels haven’t disappointed so far. The bar is open till 2am and also serves some snacks throughout the working hours like pizza and nachos. There is no onsite parking, but to parking lots are available across the street - overnight parking was around $35.
it was located in a good area and had a free parking lot. it was clean. We could easily leave our luggage there after checking out for some hours
Great location. Good friendly and helpful staff. Nice complimentary wine & cheese evenings and good breakfasts delivered to the room. Handy car parking nearby. Nice terrace overlooking the water with views of Angel Island and San Francisco.
