The hotel has a great team and all friendly & helpful people. The location is super convenient being next to a retail park and close to theme parks. The Universal Studios shuttles are taking you directly from the hotel for $10 fee incl. return. The pool, room, lobby and the breakfast, all amazing. The laundry service was also available for a little extra fee which is inside the fitness centre. If I will visit Orlando again, I am definitely staying here.

The Orange County Convention Center is 4 minutes' drive away. The location was close to Universal that we came to visit and to the Mall and the Supermarket

The property is 3.9 km from the Orange County Convention Center. Went from the room to the pool and back. Pools were great. 3 pools, plenty of chairs and umbrellas. There is at least one large heated pool. The other pool we ventured into did not feel heated. I cannot vouch for the third. There is also a smaller kiddie pool and two hot tubs. There is a Publix supermarket very near by, about a ten minute walk (its literally across the street but the driveway to the resort is long), and the room has a minifridge. There are also plenty of food options in the resort and a mini-market.
