What a surprise! Off the highway near the border with Kosovo is this 4 star hotel. Beautiful, spacious room with excellent restaurant, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff are very friendly and accommodating - they made us feel very welcome and like prized guests. Thank you for a great stay.

Location was great just 10 min to city center, the manager of the hotel was great I had so many issues he helped a lot friendly. perfectional, I do recommend this place and if I go back again, I will stay there.

The hotel is small, but the owner’s heart is big. Once we have arrived, he was all about helping us. It was an awesome stay. The food, the beer, the room, but mostly the man, made everything a joy.

The Stani i Hoxhes Hotel was perfect for our stay in the mountains above Kukës. The staff operating the hotel are very friendly, welcoming and were ready to help if we needed anything. We had an amazing stay! We immediately felt at home. The host is a very friendly young guy.  The food he made was very tasty! We also enjoyed the wine he proposed. The view from the terrace is incredibly beautiful - surrounding mountains covered with snow, marine colour lake and river..  Our 9 years old son enjoyed playing at the riverside. He made friends with the dog and tried to tame the cats. He admitted he would have liked to live here :)

The food was the best. we tried local food and it was great. The room was clean, private parking. Mr.waiter was kind and he smiled all the time and he speaks very well English. I can say after 7 days spent in Albania that the food was the best one. Congruatulation to the owner!

I stayed 3 nights at Guesthouse Shtini. The access the Fshat village, where the guesthouse is located can be an adventure in itself. The unpaved road for 7-8km isn’t suitable for some vehicles, including a 150CC scooter, the one I was riding on 😂 Jeton and Meliha don’t speak English but we communicated through online Google translator. The homemade dinner cost €8-9 per person and it’s abundance. It is one of a kind, a true guest house experience in a village tucked behind the mountains.
