Small place, I think there are only 4 rooms. Great place to get to the Komen ferry in the morning. Close parking. The owner is very nice. He honored us with a fruit plate upon arrival. Then he invited me for rakia. Courtyard with facilities for children and a place to sit in front of a pastoral view.

After a stressful week at work, we were looking for a peaceful getaway in nature and came across this newly opened guesthouse in Koman. Honestly, it felt like discovering a hidden paradise in the Albanian Alps. Eni and Koli were simply amazing – their warm hospitality truly reflects the best of Albanian tradition. The apartment we booked had everything we needed. It was beautifully renovated, perfectly blending comfort with authentic local charm. The pool was crystal clear, the apartment was spotless and cozy, and the food prepared by Eni was absolutely delicious – homemade, fresh, and full of flavour. We couldn’t have asked for a better escape. Highly recommended to anyone looking for nature, peace, and true hospitality.

The property is right next to the lake with a beautiful pier & beach! The hosting lady is incredibly kind and lovely ❤️ we had such a good time there although I was a little sick at that time, they were so caring and helpful! And they have the sweetest cats around! Would always recommend and come back to this place 😊
