This place is honestly out of a fairy tale. It is clean and functional. The villas are beautifully made. The views are breathtakingly. We had booked the villa for 2 nights but ended up extending our stay because we loved it so much However, the best thing about the property is Samuel, the host. He was so helpful and even drove us to the blue eye when we needed it. One of the best vacations I have had. Just book it and you will not regret it.

Small place, I think there are only 4 rooms. Great place to get to the Komen ferry in the morning. Close parking. The owner is very nice. He honored us with a fruit plate upon arrival. Then he invited me for rakia. Courtyard with facilities for children and a place to sit in front of a pastoral view.

After a stressful week at work, we were looking for a peaceful getaway in nature and came across this newly opened guesthouse in Koman. Honestly, it felt like discovering a hidden paradise in the Albanian Alps. Eni and Koli were simply amazing – their warm hospitality truly reflects the best of Albanian tradition. The apartment we booked had everything we needed. It was beautifully renovated, perfectly blending comfort with authentic local charm. The pool was crystal clear, the apartment was spotless and cozy, and the food prepared by Eni was absolutely delicious – homemade, fresh, and full of flavour. We couldn’t have asked for a better escape. Highly recommended to anyone looking for nature, peace, and true hospitality.

Great experience!! Highly recommended, you will not get disappointed. The location is great. The room was very clean, bed very comfortable. The breakfast was so delicious. Homemade , fresh and delicious. There have a restaurant too. They do delicious Albanian food if you need to eat dinner. Great price!

This was one of the best places I’ve EVER stayed and by far the best I’ve been to in Albania. Gorgeous villa. Absolutely unbeatable value for such a wonderful place. Especially perfect for traveling with a dog as there are two good dogs there, Luke and Bianca -they have their own enclosure and are only let out occasionally if everyone gets along. Denis is exceptionally kind and a wonderful host. Helpful and friendly. He keeps the place immaculately clean and prepares great breakfasts. The location is ideal. A short walk to city center just of the main road. Close to grocery and restaurants and the theater. Lovely yard. Bike rental is available. I would live here if I could.
