It features a locally famous restaurant and bar with a spacious terrace that serves homemade delicacies. The building is also an ethnographic and photo museum and features souvenir shops with traditional Albanian products. I arrived much later than I expected but was cheerfully welcomed and shown to my traditionally furnished room. Was given a boxed breakfast to take away as I was checking out at 6.30am.. Very comfortable.

Fitted with a terrace, the accommodation offers air conditioning and features a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower. We felt so lucky to discover Mathilda and Aryan’s place on the river near Lake Koman. We originally stopped for just one night before taking the ferry, but easily could have stayed several more. The setting is beautiful, with great hiking trails and a working farm where we enjoyed grapes and fresh produce right from the garden. The pool was perfect for an afternoon dip, and Mathilda and Aryan were such warm and generous hosts. Dinner with them is a must, the food and company made the experience unforgettable. The road getting there was a bit rough, but we just took it slow in our rental car and were fine and it looks like it should be finished in a few months. We’d love to come back and spend more time hiking, especially up to the fortress on the hill behind their house

This campground offers a garden as well as a bar. The campground features family rooms. Staying at this place was the best decision we could have made. It keeps the most authentic spirit of the area while combining it with very comfortable accommodation and outstanding food. The view is unbeatable. Surrounded by flowers, animals, and mountains, simply sitting in the yard to admire the landscape or the stars is already an experience in itself. I wish I could have stayed one more night to keep enjoying this unique place.
