Super mind blowing location - on a large boulder by the edge of a cliff, yet safe enough. If coming with children, would highly recommend keeping a close eye. My girlfriend and I stayed here for a night during our road trip through Armenia -- it is fantastically located for a night stop if you're coming from Yerevan. The hostess, Sveta, was lovely, chatted with us, told us about herself and the property, and made sure that everything in the accommodation was to our liking. We stayed in the bungalow, and it was dry, clean, and very comfortable. It had all the necessities -- bug repellant, electricity, place to charge our phones, extra blankets in case it gets cold, curtains for privacy, and even a small table. The larger property is beautifully maintained, easy to navigate and has lots of places to relax, a swimming pool and an evening bonfire. The bathroom facilities were spotlessly clean and washing was available on site for a small fee. We would love to come back and recommend to stay here!
