The nature and place were amazing

The place was so peaceful! The staff were more than amazing! The scenary was insanely beautiful! Everything was just beautiful. 100% recommend :)

Everything was perfect. The staff the gardens the river that ran through it. It was just unbelievably beautiful.

Amazing view, great hosts, organic breakfast Big rooms with balcony

We liked the host Anita, she is very attentive and caring, she runs this cosy place with her adorable dalmatian Charlie. They were both happy to meet us even at 11 p.m. The views are stunning, the garden and the tea herbs growing around that you can use right away to make yourself some tea. This is the type of place we do love to stay in - when the host is the owner and the face of the place, and everything is made with love.

The place, comfort, accommodations…

Nice small property with big rooms. Top room with view of sky and stars.

The view from the pool especially at night was very special. We also liked the fact that room and even the balcony were invisible for other guests. They provided good breakfast and staff was very helpful. Overall really a spacial place and good value for money.

Run by nice people in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to Ijevan’s center and main attractions.

Everything was wonderful! Our host is a truly magical person - warm, welcoming and caring, she made us feel at home from the very first minute. The Armenian breakfast was a real feast: generous, delicious and made from homemade products. The house sits right in a park, with a beautiful view of the mountains from the window. Peaceful, cozy and full of character. We would love to come back, and we highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience genuine Armenian hospitality.

Pretty clean and comfortable rooms, responsive and helpful staff, located near the park, many stores and supermarket. Will stay here again for sure!

The views were amazing!!! The service was great, as was the food. The room design was exceptional. But the view - indescribable in words. They also have some animals on the grounds (deer, chickens and a bunny), which was lovely.
