Ours was an immaculate superior studio apartment with a balcony. The platform bed and pillows were perfect for us. Many thanks to Daniel for late arrival communication, and Jayda for her cheery, helpful front desk service! Guests should bear in mind that this is NOT a full service hotel but, rather, well located lodging with apartment features.

This unique boutique hotel was lovely. We stayed in a premier twin room (which had plenty of space for 3 adults), clean facilities and very helpful staff from reception to housekeeping. Breakfast at Bocelli's is a short walk away and they have a great spread of food. It's also in a great location, being just down the road from Central market/Chinatown and 15-20min walk from Rundle Mall. We really enjoyed our time here and would stay here again when visiting Adelaide. Thanks!

The staff was friendly and responsive to our inquiry email. The room was clean and spacious. It has an AC for hot days at the end of December. We appreciated the extra facilities like on-site parking and swimming pool. The extra touch of providing cutlery and crockery and access to a bowl of apples are very thoughtful.

    We booked the deluxe pet suite for us and our 2 little dogs. Absolutely outstanding and the best pet friendly hotel we have stayed at to date where most are grotty, dated and smelly, this was modern, crystal clean and no odour. Willdefinitelyy be back!

    We appreciated being on the ground or 1st floor on this occasion. Our stay on a previous trip it appeared the second floor was set aside as pet friendly/dog friendly. Our level 1 room was spacious, quieter and improvement on the one we stayed in before on level 2. More "Hotel" than "Kennel" this time. Pleased to report that it hasn't gone to the dogs completely. Access to a restricted bar service from reception was welcomed.

    Location is good and being able to take our dog to a good hotel is a real treat. We particularly liked the recommendation for breakfast just a short walk along the street and a pet friendly restaurant where we enjoyed a lovely breakfast outside.

    Probably the best pet friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at many. Room was clean and modern, was nice to not get the old grotty room needing updating just because we have dogs! Great location.
