The staff were awesome! They were quick and polite. The train is kind of atmospheric I know it could be annoying but I liked it.

For a property that is over 100 years old it has been maintained very well. It was so nice to be right at the trail head to the Falls and we even did the entire hike to the Ink Pods. The communal BBQ area was perfect and our unit was perfect for having dogs with us as it was one of the back units. We also had a very restful stay and the claw foot tub was great for soaking after our 14 Km hike.

Amazing location, in the woods by a creek. Very close to Lake Louise on one side, and Johnston Canyon on the other. The Family Bungalow is perfect for 2+2, has a fireplace, nicely equipped kitchen etc. We'd definitely stay there again.

Chalets are an ideal location between Banff and Icefields parkway. Very clean and spacious. Great to have a kitchen! Staff is helpful! The train is close by but it didn't affect us (long days of hiking make for good sleep!)

The log cabins were just as they appeared in all the photos and our cabin was very cosy. Well located between Banff and Lake Louise. We had a car so it was easy to drive north or south. The view of Castle Mountain is magnificent but the chalets are close to the railway line. We were not the closest cabin but could still hear the trains at night. Would absolutely stay here again, ear plugs are left on the bedside table!

The cabin was spacious with 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pots. The faucets look like they were replaced recently. It was a great location within the park. Love the big shared fire pit with plenty of wood. We love that it is a pet friendly property.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our furnace did not work, and the staff were prompt to fix it and bring us a microwave because in my oversight, I thought we had a kitchen, so I packed food, but we were able to make it work with a microwave. The resort was also super dog friendly and we felt super welcomed with our dogs.
