The owner, his dog Adana, the room, the facilities and the breakfast are all amazing. Especially the very handsome owner he was so helpful and friendly. He is so kind to animals. I am so grateful that he gifted me his spare phone charger and helped me to get my phone charged. If not, it's impossible for me to finish the trips with more photos. and the sheep behind the hotel. They are so friendly like Adana. Deffo will go back with my parents. All da best.

The warmth of the hosts and the easy way to collect the keys

Spacious and quiet room, with a majestic view over the lake Luzerne. It was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking space on site. The breakfast was delicious. Overall a great place to stay!

The chalet was cute and spacious for our family of 4 with 2 young adult kids. Owner provided detailed instructions for check in.

Good location.. steps from a grocery store and few restaurants. Easy access to the highways. Very simple self check in process.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and dinner

The hotel is in the main square of town very close to the train station and near the cable car to the Stanzhorn mountain attraction. The hotel is beautiful and cozy, the room large and very well furnished- it seems like brand new. The hotel has a very good restaurant and the breakfast was great.

The location was central to many tourist activities that we participated in. The rooms were very comfortable and clean! We enjoyed the breakfast that was provided.

Great room for a family of 4 to stay the night. The kids loved the bunk bed set up. It was easy to get to and had parking available after a long day of driving. The breakfast was also great!

Just a magical view of the lake from the window—at least from our room. The room is large. Nearby, there is an Italian restaurant with a nice view. Downstairs, there is another restaurant. There is also a small shop nearby. But there are no cafés or any entertainment in the vicinity. There was a free breakfast, nothing special.

Everything about the Waldhotel was exceptional. The facilities are modern, peaceful, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and nature. The staff were truly outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always going above and beyond to make the stay memorable. Their professionalism and kindness made the experience even more special.

The views were incredible and the restaurant was great. Even though there was a shared bathroom it wasn't a problem. The room was large and comfortable.

The place is right between engelberg(closer) and Interlaken. Foothill of my.pilatus, well maintained and organised. Free parking outside the building. balcony with pleasant views.

The apartment offered plenty of space, modern furniture & equipment and 2 large bathrooms. It was clean, beds were comfortable and from the dining & living area we had a wonderful mountain view. The host was very friendly and even organized kitchen utilities over night that we were missing.
