For the price you get more than what you pay!I was here in low season and I enjoyed it it was quiet and the room is large ,everything is near,also jack and his cousin helped me anytime ,gave me a ride to the entrance and anywhere I needed for free ,my plan was to stay 2 night but I ended staying 5

The owner Yuelu is amazing so helpful in all that is needed for traveling in the park ! She also help when you are stuck as no one speak English in the park Her home stay is so close to the park that you can just walk to the entrance. The room is great she make that it will be heated before arrival and the breakfast is great!

This place offered so much more than we expected! Leaving in a glass house in the middle of the forest was a truly unique experience! Xiaomei is an amazing host, so nice and helpful! And the breakfast was incredible! Couldn't be happier with our choice.

From start to finish we felt very taken care of and looked after by their staff member, Tiffany. She helped us sort taxis to and from the property, helped us book tickets to all of the local attractions and mapped out routes for each day. We are vegetarian, and she was very accommodating in helping us get meals at their restaurant, which were all delicious. The location is great. They offer a shuttle cart ride to the west gate entrance. Views were beautiful and we went in the off-season and there were almost no people.

The staff are amazing, especially Lucas from the management of the hotel. We have stayed 3 days in this hotel, and Lucas had made itinerary for us during our stay to explore all point of interest in Zhangjiajie. He knows exactly how to avoid long queue so we really can optimize the time that we had. For the first time visitor to Zhangjiajie and want to get maximum of your time, enjoy as much as possible, I really recommend to stay at this hotel and let Lucas create itinerary during your stay here.

The location to visit the park is amazing. 3 minutes walk to the west entrance of the park, perfect for visit the avatar mountains. Carol, the owner, is just amazing. She helps you with everything she can since tickets, transportation, everything. And she speaks perfect english! Her mom and dad cook breakfast, lunch and dinner, really good food! We felt super welcome, safe and comfy. Beautiful people! Thank you carol! Hope to see you again some day.

We had a very good and memorable experience here! The hotel staff went above and beyond to help me plan a marriage proposal in their facilities. This place was perfectly romantic with the view of the mountains and the tranquility of the area. We used their bubble bath (very relaxing) and really enjoyed our room with view of the mountains. We had more tea than we could’ve hoped for from their amazing and super kind tea master. We also used their shuttle service to the national park entrance and got ideas for an itinerary, that was very convenient. Oh, and our room had floor heating which was very comfortable and nice. Definitely coming back and recommend it, either as a base to come back to after seeing Zhangjiajie’s marvels or even just to stay in the hotel and enjoy the peace of the mountains!
