One of the most exquisite experiences. Everything about the hotel was great - the views, the interior design, the personalized service, the food, the free activities. Every bungalow had two bicycles so you can tour the place which is very big. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were in separate places so you got a taste of each place.

Everything. The house is thoughtfully and beautifully decorated with local arts and crafts, the powder white sand and pristine crystal water, the food, those mojitos, and the friendly helpful staff.

Really nice hotel, stayed there in 3 different rooms (due to availability - most expensive and least expensive), no complaints. Calm place, not a mass hotel, with chill vibe Great food in the hotel restaurant, also with vegetarian choice, restaurant staff very friendly. Clean and transparent water for swimming, possible to take long swim. Probably best area for swimming on the Isla Grande. Directly from Hotel possibility of transport to Cartagena. Kelly in the reception a real sweetheart - smiling, positive, helpful, attentive - went extra mile for us and helped.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. They clearly work hard to make this a great experience for guests. It was really relaxed and a lovely stress-free place to spend a few days. The food was nice. Our room was large, airy and very comfortable. Easy to walk to other beaches although the small beach at Secreto was great.

You should stay at El Hammaquerro because the people who work there are wonderful. Then everything else is bonus; it’s right on the ocean, the food is tasty, the prices are good and their tours are really fun. A really good place to relax in a hammock and read a book.

The staff were very friendly, few playful animals, basic and rustic which is as expected for the price and matches its description. It’s located in the middle of the island with sea to the front and back and you can easily walk around the island to visit the other hotel bars/restaurants

Álvaro and the staff were very warm and welcoming and hospitable. Hot coffee and fresh sliced pineapple and papaya are placed on the porch every morning around 6:30am so it’s there when you wake up, along with a menu so they can take your breakfast order on the next round and bring breakfast to you. Alvaro set us up with Simon, who took us out to snorkel by day and to the biobay by night. Simon was amazing! He was knowledgeable about the fish and coral that we saw and eager to share this knowledge with us.
